1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to AI Lab Social Publishing, a private internal application operated by iPS Media SIA, Bāriņu iela 10, Rīga, LV-1002, Latvia. The application is used only by authorized staff to manage company-owned content and channels.
2. YouTube API Services
AI Lab Social Publishing uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing the application, an authorized user also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles information according to the Google Privacy Policy.
Information accessed
- Authorized YouTube channel identifiers, title, and channel metadata.
- Video identifiers, titles, descriptions, privacy state, processing state, publication time, and public URL.
- Authorized video performance metrics used for internal editorial reporting.
- OAuth authorization data required to perform approved actions without storing a Google password.
How information is used
- Confirm that the connected channel is the intended company-owned channel.
- Upload approved company videos privately and schedule their publication.
- Prevent duplicate uploads and recover safely after an interrupted operation.
- Record publication receipts, URLs, status, and authorized performance metrics in the company content tracker.
- Diagnose failed API operations and maintain a bounded internal audit trail.
3. Storage, security, and sharing
Google OAuth tokens are stored in the encrypted credential store of the company-controlled n8n instance. Operational records are restricted to authorized iPS Media SIA staff. We do not sell YouTube API data. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Service providers may process limited information only as necessary to operate company-controlled infrastructure and under appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
4. Retention, refresh, and deletion
Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Data that requires periodic refresh is refreshed within 30 days. When access is revoked or no longer required, OAuth credentials are removed promptly and retained YouTube API data associated solely with that authorization is deleted within 30 days, except where limited records must be retained to comply with law or protect against fraud and duplicate publication.
5. Revoke or delete access
An authorized user can revoke the application at any time from Google Account third-party connections. Detailed steps are available on our Revoke YouTube access page. Users may also request deletion by emailing kristaps@iphonephotographyschool.com.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the application or applicable platform requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to kristaps@iphonephotographyschool.com.
