1. Application and eligibility
AI Lab Social Publishing is a private application operated by iPS Media SIA. It may be used only by authorized company staff acting within their assigned responsibilities. It is not offered as a public service.
2. Authorized use
Users may connect only company-owned or otherwise expressly authorized accounts. Users may upload only content that iPS Media SIA owns or is authorized to distribute. Publication instructions must be approved through the company content workflow.
3. YouTube terms and policies
The application uses YouTube API Services. Use of those services is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Users must not use the application to circumvent YouTube controls, misrepresent content, or perform unauthorized actions.
4. Security and account access
Users must protect their company and Google accounts, use approved authentication methods, and report suspected unauthorized access. Google passwords are not stored by the application. Authorization may be revoked at any time through Google Account settings.
5. Availability and operational safeguards
The application may pause or refuse an operation when validation fails, a destination cannot be verified, an account session expires, a duplicate is detected, or an external service changes. These safeguards are intentional. iPS Media SIA may suspend access for security, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons.
6. Responsibility for content
Authorized staff remain responsible for confirming that captions, files, schedules, disclosures, and destinations are correct before approval. iPS Media SIA remains responsible for the company content distributed through its accounts.
7. Privacy, termination, and contact
Information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Access ends when authorization is withdrawn, employment or authorization ends, or iPS Media SIA disables the application. Questions may be sent to kristaps@iphonephotographyschool.com.
